Timer for weekly missions will start from the moment you take them. 

This means if the mission takes you the full week to complete you can intantly retake it (full week is 168 Hours)

Daily reset for most dailies is 20 Hours

There is only 1 Daily that is on an hour reset timer this one is Daily Scouting Resources Mission
